design system and brand tokens, the content-remediation engine and its

(collectively, the "Work", internally "CLAVA") — are the original work and
exclusive property of Rémi Moët-Buonaparte (the "Author").

NO LICENSE IS GRANTED.
Access to, or possession of, a copy of the Work does not grant any license or
right to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, host,
deploy, create derivative works from, or sell the Work, in whole or in part, by
any party, except under a separate written agreement signed by the Author.

RESERVED RIGHTS.
All rights are reserved by the Author, including all copyright and the exclusive
right to license the Work — commercially or otherwise — to any party, including
other institutions. Any operation or deployment of the Work by a third party
(for example, an internal-use grant to an institution) is valid only under a
separate written grant from the Author and does not transfer ownership of the
Work.

INDEPENDENT AUTHORSHIP.
The Work was created independently by the Author (see docs/legal/PROVENANCE.md).
No transfer or assignment of ownership occurs except by a separate writing
signed by the Author.

ATTRIBUTION REQUIRED.
Where any portion of the Work is used under a separate written agreement,
authorship must be credited to Rémi Moët-Buonaparte and all credit and
attribution notices must be kept intact. See CREDITS.md and NOTICE.
